Shipping policy

A flat courier rate will be applicable on all orders depending on your location. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 days. The tracking details will be shared after packing over your email address. Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 working hours after placement. Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 5-6 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Return policy

1. Returns/Exchange:

In the event that you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, we may consider your order eligible for exchange along with the unboxing video.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement:

To initiate an exchange for a damaged, missing, or wrong product, we require you to provide a proper unboxing video. This video should capture the entire unboxing process, from opening the sealed package until the damage or issue is clearly shown without any interruptions or edits.

3. Submission Deadline:

The unboxing video must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. Failure to do so may result in the request being declined.

4. Shipping Label:

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label to send the damaged item back to us.

5. Exchange Process:

Once we receive the damaged item and verify the issue, we will initiate the dispatch of the replacement item. Please note that the availability of the same item for exchange may vary, and if it’s unavailable, you may choose an alternative item from our collection.
